Amazing location! 2 minutes walk from Bayswater, On the Circle line. One stop from Paddington Station. Six stops from Victoria. A short walk down to Queensway station on the Central line. Great price. Rooms are simple and basic. Furniture is functional. Clean en-suite shower and toilet. Clean bedding. Hot radiator (had to turn it on myself at the valve) Good continental breakfast, coffee served to you. Everything I needed for a single room for one night stopover for Christmas party. Best place I found in central London at this price (£50). I'd definitely stay here again if I needed a cheap room on my own for a night.

Decor is getting old. But I can't honestly think of anything I could complain about at this pricepoint. I got a basic room at a basic price, in a basic 3 star hotel. No complaints.
